This project was a remarkable journey of transformation for Courtney and her husband as they tackled a challenging fixer-upper project. What once stood as a weathered, neglected home with an unkempt backyard underwent a complete metamorphosis. The overhaul included a complete gutting, raising ceilings, the addition of a guest house, a luxurious pool, an extra bathroom and bedroom—essentially, a complete rejuvenation from top to bottom! The astonishing result is an unrecognizable marvel; witnessing the before and after, one would scarcely believe it's the same house that underwent such an awe-inspiring transformation!
