This project holds special significance because it was for a favorite client, Courtney’s sister! Nestled in their hometown of Dallas, Texas, this endeavor transformed an open lot into an over 7,000 square-foot haven - perfect for entertaining AND a beautiful family respite. With sustainability at its core, the design incorporated cherished furniture pieces from the couple's previous home - which Courtney also remodeled (check it out here!). A few favorite features not to miss: the vast natural light throughout the home from the floor-to-ceiling windows, the indoor-outdoor entertaining spaces, curated fine art, and lastly, reflections of the couple’s personal style and love of Texas through accessories!
